Sarah first joined the Ballibay community in 2003 as a two-week theater workshop camper. The following year the only thing she asked for for Christmas was another summer at camp! She was thrilled to join the Ballibay staff in 2013 as the Stage Manager and Up-the-Hill Division Head, and has been a part of the administrative team ever since. In 2020 she took on the role of Associate Camp Director, and summer 2023 she was officially promoted to Camp Director, alongside Kristin Alexander and John Jannone. This will be her twelfth summer at Camp Ballibay, and she feels immensely fortunate to spend her summers surrounded by such remarkable artists.
