I’ve never truly experienced a sleep away camp… Bonkers, I know. Hi, I’m Josh, this will be my first year at Camp Ballibay. I was initially compelled by Ballibay’s philosophy, “It’s the Journey, Not the Product.” There’s nothing truer than this. I’m committed to making this my philosophy and connecting with my childlike sense of wonder this summer. Who's with me? Let's have fun and make art.

Professional Bio:
As a 2022 graduate of Champlain College with a degree in Graphic Design and Digital Media, Josh has worked with small businesses and nonprofits providing print, social, and digital design throughout his early career and college years. He has especially enjoyed working with queer-centered community driven organizations like GLAD: GLBTQ+ Legal Advocates and Defenders. He believes there’s magic in queer stories, and he loves to highlight them. He has also worked as a Youth Director at his family's church. In his spare time, he enjoys using self portrait and landscape photography to convey emotions he has yet to develop the words for. One of his self portraits was featured in PH Museum's book "In the Sun, on the moon" presented in Bologna, Italy. He can't wait to become a part of the Ballibay community!
