As a person deeply passionate about everyone having creative freedom in a learning space, I knew Camp Ballibay would be a wonderful place! I’m enthusiastic to assist, and work alongside young artists as they move and grow through their creative processes.

Professional Bio:
Ellie received her B.A. in Art Education. As an art teacher, she finds herself working in various mediums, using the one that best expresses what she’s currently inspired by. Her hope when in the art classroom is to foster a non-judgmental, free-thinking environment where students can experiment with materials to help them find their artistic voice. Her concentrations are ceramics and painting, both of which she’s very passionate about. She has worked as a ceramic studio technician in her college town’s art center, and her specialty is wheel throwing. In her spare time, she enjoys her other creative outlet, playing the fiddle, and making plans for her next travel adventure.
